At the Indian Divyang Empowerment Association, our mission is dedicated to Divyang empowerment, focusing on uplifting the lives of individuals with disabilities. We provide essential resources and support aimed at empowering lives to ensure that everyone has equal opportunities in society, ultimately inspiring change for a better future.
We are registered under the Societies Registration Act 1960, Section 17 Vide No.DRSH/SOR/180/2024-25, along with the Government of India's Neeti Ayog NGO DARPAN Certified Number vide No.KA/2023/0358314, committed to protecting the legitimate rights and dignity as envisaged in the Rights of Persons with Disability Act 2016.
Furthermore, we aim to serve by mainstreaming their abilities into productivity through various skill development activities, such as training, legal awareness camps, and competitive programs focused on knowledge sharing. We also sponsor BEST PERSONS WITH DISABILITY awards for individuals by holding cultural and recreational events in the near future, all part of our commitment to Divyang empowerment.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY IN PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK
It is compulsory to maimntain Equal Opportunity Policy in each Departments, Offices, Ministries of Govt of India and it's states.
Most of Central Government owned banks are maintaining Equal Opportunity Policy at their website but not in rules ! was It's ironic status of some nationalised banks......
RAILWAY BOARD REPLY FOR COURT NOTICE
For various inequality among persons with disability while issuing Railway Concession card , Railway Board replied that if concerned department will release adequate funds for maintaining Railway Concession to all the 21 category of Persons with Disability they are ready to implement the Concessions to all the category of Persons with Disability envisaged in RPWD Act 2016 ..... hence case is still pending in this regard....

As Railways gaining huge profit through cancellation tickets etc, but by hiding this Railway Board plea for FINANCIAL LOSS in issuing Concession Ticket Cards to all the 21 category of Persons with Disability is questionable at all.

INSPITE REPEATED DEMAND TO REMOVE SEVERAL RESTRICTIONS MENTIONED IN RAILWAY CONCESSION FORM OF CERTIFICATE RAILWAY BOARD PLEADING FINANCIAL LOSS ISSUE - HOWEVER THEY FAILED TO MENTION PROFIT GAIN FROM CANCELLED TICKETS - TOTALLY DISCRIMINATION ARISE THERE ... ISSUE WILL BE MOVED TO SUPREME COUJRT SHORTLY.....
CANARA BANK FACING VARIOUS NOTICES FROM CCPD COURT
Nationalised Canara Bank one among the most discriminating public sector bank in maintaining peace and harmony between persons with Disability at their work spot. They newer bother for the RPWD Act and it's envisaged various sections to implement for welfare of their Persons with Disability Employees while on working nor retired employees.
In this dialogue CCPD Court issued 6 more notices at once ! It shows a great dismay about the status of their Persons with Disability Employees in the bank....
